Membership Terms & Conditions

Eligibility & Enrollment

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
Memberships are non-transferable and intended for individual use only.
Avebelle Clinic reserves the right to approve or deny membership applications.

Payment & Renewal

Membership fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan.
Annual payment includes a 10% discount, but early cancellation is not permitted.
Membership fees are non-refundable for both monthly and annual plans.
Memberships automatically renew unless canceled at least 30 days before renewal.

Usage & Service Policies

Membership benefits apply only to the enrolled individual.
Unused services do not roll over to the next membership period.
All services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Discounts apply only to eligible products and services and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Store Credit Policy

Members receive $50 store credit per month, applicable toward skincare products.
Store credit must be used within the same month and does not carry over.
Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Cancellation Policy

Monthly memberships have a minimum term of 3 months. Following this initial period, cancellations require 30 days’ notice.
Annual memberships cannot be canceled early and remain active until the end of the term.
Memberships may be suspended for chargebacks or payment disputes until resolved.
Avebelle Clinic reserves the right to terminate memberships due to fraudulent activity, misuse, or failure to comply with terms.
